WordVibe provides an AI-powered code editor and agent that runs inside your WordPress installation. The plugin is open-source (GPLv2) and executes tools locally on your WordPress host. The closed-source server orchestrates the AI loop and runs at https://api.wordvibe.io.
We may add, change, deprecate, or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for material breaking changes (typically at least 30 days for paid features).
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and license key. Notify us at hello@wordvibe.io if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that show clear evidence of abuse, ToS violation, or fraudulent payment.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us. Refunds: we provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of an annual plan within 30 days of purchase. Monthly plans are not refunded after the billing date but you keep access until the period ends. Failed payments may result in suspension after a 7-day grace period.
Your use of WordVibe is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: don't use it for software piracy, generating malware, illegal content, or circumventing software licensing. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the AUP.
You retain all rights to the code and data you process through WordVibe. We don't claim ownership of anything the AI writes for you. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process chat messages, tool calls, and code excerpts solely to provide the Service and improve product quality. WordVibe uses third-party large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, etc.) which can produce inaccurate, biased, or harmful output despite our routing and safety layers. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated changes before applying them to production systems. The snapshot + watchdog systems mitigate but do not eliminate this risk. Do not use WordVibe for life-safety, medical, financial, or legal decisions.
We target 99% monthly uptime for the AI orchestrator service. We don't currently offer a contractual SLA at Starter or Pro tiers. For planned maintenance windows over 15 minutes we will notify subscribers by email at least 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by your WordPress host, your internet, or upstream AI provider outages.
The WordPress plugin auto-installs a watchdog MU-plugin and a snippets loader to wp-content/mu-plugins/. These are essential for the recovery feature and are reinstalled on every admin_init. If you uninstall the plugin, these stay until manually removed.
You can cancel and remove your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or the AUP after a written warning, or immediately for fraud / abuse / illegal activity. On termination we keep your data per the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy; you can request earlier deletion by emailing us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WordVibe's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or US$100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold WordVibe harmless from third-party claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of the AUP, or content you process through the Service that infringes third-party rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — to be specified per the LEGAL ENTITY's home country]. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [JURISDICTION]. EU and UK consumers retain non-waivable consumer protections under local law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a material change means you accept the new terms.
